Power: Keeps on Smiling is a Stand that alternates reality in exchange for oaths. The extent of its power and its efficiency varies depending on the oath being made. Reality being changed is more or less a board definition of wish granting -- the Stand alternates reality to grant what it's being asked. While Lancer is its user, other people can benefit from it too. To give examples of how it works: someone can ask for a cake, and they will receive it if they promise to braid their hair every day at 4 P.M. The bigger the wish (I want to be able to lift rocks, I want to jump super high, I want my room to look exactly like it was back home), the bigger the oath the person needs to uphold. If they break it up, they will receive a punishment -- which will typically be an injury. The bigger the thing they requested, the bigger the punishment (like limbs being torn, etc) In order to be able to break the oath without incurring into punishment, the person need to either give back something of equal value of what they asked or defeat Lancer. Lancer himself can't get out of punishment if he uses the Stand to grant his own wishes.
